Customers must reach the age of majority in their local region to place orders on our store. After successful payment, you will receive an official system order confirmation email. treklyr reserves the right to verify order information and cancel or suspend abnormal orders, including invalid information, payment exceptions, inventory shortages, and suspected fraudulent transactions, to protect legitimate transaction security.
💳 Pricing & Payment Rules
All product prices displayed on the treklyr official website are final and transparent with no hidden fees. Consistent with our shipping policy, all products support global duty-free and tax-free delivery. International customers only pay for product prices and corresponding shipping costs, without any additional import taxes or customs charges. We adopt secure global payment channels to ensure safe and stable transaction processing.
🚚 Order Processing & Shipping Rules
All verified paid orders will be processed and shipped within1–2 business days. We provide global shipping services with two optional logistics solutions:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
The overall global delivery period ranges from 5 to 12 business days. All delivery times are estimated and for reference only. treklyr is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics adjustments, extreme weather, or other force majeure factors beyond our control.
📦 Product Description & Quality Standards
All products sold by treklyr are brand new, genuine, and compliant with international quality and safety standards. We strive to ensure that all product images, parameters, sizes, and functional descriptions are accurate and consistent with actual products. Minor color deviations, subtle size errors, and slight visual differences caused by shooting light, screen resolution, and manual measurement do not affect product use and do not constitute quality defects.

Customers can apply for free order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order enters packaging and shipping procedures, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. If treklyr cancels an order due to inventory shortage, system failure, or transaction risks, we will issue a full and timely refund to the customer.
🔄 Return & Exchange Regulations
We support qualified returns and exchanges for product quality problems or delivery errors caused by treklyr. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and kept in original packaging with complete accessories. Artificial damage, damage caused by improper use, personal preference issues, and normal wear and tear are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.
